London, 3rd of June, FAA2 launch event:

Designers against AIDS founder/director Ninette and singer Estelle strike a pose after meeting up for the second time in only two weeks time- the first time in New York City and then London. 

The DAA team just returned from Paris where we launched the second 'Fashion against AIDS' collection together with H&M and Dita Von Teese (one of the participating designers), who also premièred her new show there at Le New VIP Room.

Fragrance company Symrise -in collaboration with creative agency Metaproject and Joseph Quartana of Seven New York -will next month release the fragrance collection 'Six Scents', six new fragrances created by Gareth Pugh, Bernhard Willhelm, Preen, Jeremy Scott, Alexandre Herchcovitch and Cosmic Wonder Light Source. 

The United States, where 1.2 million Americans are currently living with the HIV/AIDS virus, is one of the countries most affected. 

Denim brand Lee Cooper is 100 years young this year and to celebrate this fact, they organise a charity auction in Paris on September 29th at Drouot Montaigne, with all proceeds going to the Red Cross France and to Designers against AIDS, for their HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention work.

H&M announced the launch of 'Fashion against AIDS', their AIDS awareness project/collection together with Designers against AIDS that will hit the stores (650 of them, in 27 countries) on January 31st, 2008.
