In London with...

...Peter Piot, Daniel Larson Sidhu and Simon Constable.   While in London for the launch event with Estelle for Fashion against AIDS 2, I met with Daniel and Simon who are working on a film about the devastating effect that HIV/AIDS has on Southern Africa and on the entire continent. They wanted to interview me about our work with Designers against AIDS and our collections with H&M and I introduced them to Dr. Peter Piot, who was director of UNAIDS in Genève for 10 years before he became director of the Imperial College in London earlier this year. Mr Piot is one of the most knowledgeable people around when it comes to all aspects of HIV/AIDS so it was a great honour to have him at our event -and to do an interview together for VOICES!   Love Ninette   Photo: Dr. Peter Piot (formerly of UNAIDS, now director at the Imperial College in London), Daniel Larson Sidhu and Simon Constable (director and producer of the VOICES film) and Ninette Murk of Designers against AIDS.
