Returned items must comply with our return policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Products and accessories must be returned with the original brand boxes and dust bags, if any, and placed in a protective outer packaging for shipment.

If an item has a security tag with a brand tag, it must be returned with the tag at its original position.
Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of all packaging still intact.
All products included in the Designersagainstaids webshop must be returned with the supplied hygiene stamps and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, if applicable.
Clothes may only be tried over your own underwear. We do not accept returns that are worn or contaminated.

Be careful if you try your purchases and return them in the same condition as where you received them. All returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted by our warehouse, your refund will be completed by Promeco, excluding the delivery costs.

 

Defective items

It is our goal that every item arrives in good condition and we hope that you are always happy with your purchase. If you receive an item in a defective or damaged condition or if it does not fully match the description on the site, you must inform customer service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a refund for a full refund of the defective item.
